If you are looking for a safe, open, and accepting place to express yourself, work through a challenging time, or to process something you have been avoiding, I work with people of all ages and identities with a deep belief and understanding that everyone I meet is inherently whole and good. It is my life’s work to reflect this to others and to support each person I see in acknowledging and harnessing their own strengths and skills in order to make the changes they want to see and feel in their life. If you are looking for temporary or long term support for yourself or a loved one, please CONNECT with me to see if I would be a good fit for you.

Being in relationship with another person or persons is extremely challenging and at times our relationships need support, attention, and tending to. Using techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Sex Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, etc, and in the role of a witness and a guide, I walk alongside couples as you tell your story, identify areas of challenge, growth, and healing , and work towards deeper intimacy and connection. I approach couples work just as I do individual therapy, taking in the big picture and viewing a couple from a whole-person and systems perspective. By this I mean helping couples to identify where they are struggling in body, mind, and spirit within the relationship itself and what past contexts, identities, and relationships they are bringing into their relationship. I support couples in constructing their own agreements and rules for their sessions so that effective and safe communication can occur. I offer a space for couples of all types and configurations, including same sex and non-monogamous couples, to be witnessed and supported non-judgmentally.
